We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility: the Product must be unused, undamaged, and free from scratches.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please send the glasses/ sunglasses to the address provided by theocularstore.com at your own expense.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned glasses, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 working days.

Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Window: You can return your glasses for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original, undamaged condition.
